Young duo sign new Eastleigh deals

EASTLEIGH have confirmed that 19-year old centre-back Aaron Martin has signed a contract for the Blue Square South promotion hopefuls.

The former England Schools' defender, outstanding during Eastleigh's three-match winning streak against Bath City, Dorchester and Chelmsford (where he scored twice during that period and helped the team keep two clean sheets), has committed his future to the Silverlake Stadium club until the end of next season.

Last week 21-year-old former Winchester City and Eastleigh youth striker Brett Williams also penned a deal, underlining the Spitfires' commitment to bringing young players through.

Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to announce Richard Hill as their new first team manager, with immediate effect. Richard will be introduced to the players and staff tomorrow evening and will take charge of his first match on Saturday against Maidenhead. Richard is vastly experienced having managed Stevenage Borough and assisted John Gregory at both Wycombe and QPR, Brian Little at Aston Villa and also fulfilled the same roles at Gillingham, Tranmere Rovers and Northampton Town.
